Terms and Conditions

Shipping

  • We primarily use Canada Post and USPS, except for bulk  orders.
  • Orders will be shipped only after address verification through Canada Post or USPS.
  • You are responsible for re-shipping charges for incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Incorrectly addressed orders returned to us are not eligible for refunds.
  • Postal packages that are rejected or returned will be retained for 30 days. If we don't receive communication from you via email at hello@49designexpress.com within this period, the merchandise will be deemed abandoned

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 15 days post-receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
  • Return authorization is required for all returns.
  • Certain goods (perishable, intimate, hazardous, etc.) are non-returnable.
  • We reserve discretion in refunds for coloring issues.
  • Refunds exclude shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged if defective, damaged, or wrong size.
  • Exchange limited to the same item within two sizes; one exchange per order.

Return/Exchange Shipping

  • Customers cover their own return shipping costs.
  • Consider tracking and insurance for items over $75.

Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to technical errors or other issues.
  • Orders are not accepted until shipped.

Customer Communication

  • Inquiries should be directed to customer service, not through social media.
  • Misuse of social media for order-related issues may lead to banning.

Automatic Refunds

  • US and Canadian residents entitled to a refund if a package has not been delivered within 45 days.
  • International customers may not be eligible for automatic refunds due to customs delays.

International Customers

  • Responsible for taxes, customs duties, and administration fees.
  • No refunds for non-payment of these charges.

Restocking Fees

  • Applicable for returns, exchanges, or refunds, especially for customized items.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

  • Chargebacks result in merchandise being unpaid for.
  • Legal action, including police reports, may be taken to recover property.
  • Legal proceedings will be filed in Alberta, or customer's jurisdiction for international customers.
  • Customers may face court costs and damages.
